Batik Bali Characterization

Have you ever heard about Batik Bali? Besides all the facts that say Bali is known for its Hindu temples, tourist attractions, natural attractions, and Balinese foods, Bali is also known for its Batik motive. Well, basically, Indonesia is known for the famous and various Batik motives from various places. There are so many cities in Indonesia that has particular batik motive which represents different cultures, including Bali. The batik industry is currently growing quite rapidly in Bali. Sometimes, the motive you find when you are looking for Batik in Bali does not represent its culture, while some others do. Also, due to so many new artists from various places that come to Bali, you might have a difficult time when you are trying to find the Batik motives in Bali that actually represents the local culture in it. The unique and distinctive natural scent

Besides the motive or the design, the scent you can find in Batik Bali can also be considered as one of the main characteristics. Batik Bali uses natural coloring in its process of the making.

Mixed Motives 

If we talk about the motive, besides the deity and cultural characteristics, this Batik also combines traditional and modern motives. It is usually represented with a depiction of fish, birds, flowers, turtles, etc

Has heavier weight

Since Balinese people make the Batik using Mori clothes material, the weight from the Batik is heavier than any other Batik motives from different areas.
